Our personal training program is run by CrossFit Steadfast owner, Evan Garrison. Evan is a level-3 certified CrossFit trainer with many years of personal training experience. Personal training clients benefit from one-on-one nutritional guidance and a personalized training program, rounding out a fail-safe approach to fitness that may just shock you with the type of success you will quickly begin to see.
Whether you want to build muscle or lose weight, Evan has experience with clients from all backgrounds and is equipped to lead you along the path to your goal.
Sessions are 1-hr long and can be scheduled whenever works best for your schedule. It is encouraged to train 2-3 times per week to see best results.
